It's been more than a month since I'm facing internet issues. I am under 25mbps connection but speed that i'm getting is just 2-3mbps. When I checked customer care girl is telling me that due to increase in users I'm facing this problem. Why the hell do you guys accept new users when you can't provide proper service?
I have mailed enough times to [protected]@yashtel.in but they are just letting me know it'll be fixed and not even taking single action to resolve it in real. I had also requested for regional Manager's mail ID since those customer care people are just fooling around.
I was told that this would be resolved in sometime sooner, but i dint see any success. I have shared enough screenshots through emails.
Pathetic experience! Yashtel is just worst at addressing customer problems.
