I have internet issue from yesterday 8:30 am. Where in the modem los port is displaying with red light, and wifi is not getting connected.

Now the modem issue is resolved and wifi issue is not.

I am working from home and i need to connect through multiple device in order to work.

I need the issue to be fixed completely and not closing the complaint after a partial fix.
