YashTel — wifi not working - user is 13032

Wifi is not working since today morning. Though we are connected to wifi, unable to access internet using wifi. Also facing connectivity issues almost daily since few weeks where in the wifi drops suddenly and we have to restart the modem every time.

Please send someone to fix the issue as soon as possible.

I complained about network issue and your staff delayed it by 4 days, Yashtel was a very good network but now the customer care service is really careless. Iam disappointed by this delay. Make it fast

Id MYS 14364...Internet is not working from yesterday. It shows loss red light on the modem from yesterday.. Please repair it as soon as possible
