My id is MYS5984. Lodged a complaint on May 9th as my internet was not working. It is not working still. Issue is not resolved and they are not picking my calls as well. Does that mean that for every issue I have to go directly to their office hereafter? Do they think people are that jobless that they can do this every time? Worst connection ever.
