Their service is very very bad, please dont select yathra bus for your travel, last week they spoiled 49 passengers entire day. They delayed the bus around 9hours. They mentioned morning 7.30 they reached thiruvalla, but they reached evening 4.30 only, because of the problem of tax and permit issue and bad condition of bus and tyre issue bus breakdown. Please dont select this bus. And from ernakulam they changed the bus. From volvo multiaxle to normal condition bus.
