I'm writing this while sitting in a bus traveling from Bangalore to Pala. Unfortunately, I've had the worst experience of my lifetime. There's nothing good about this bus, and the customer service is abysmal. My seat number is 4, a window seat with the other one vacant. However, I started experiencing what seems to be a reaction, possibly scabies, due to the unhygienic conditions on the bus. When I asked the driver and caretaker for assistance, they rudely made me sit in front of a seat with a lady and gave my seat to two other people who had just arrived, taking their money as well. Now my whole body is itching, and they show no concern or willingness to stop anywhere to allow me to get medicine or even change my clothes. I felt completely helpless and even cried because of the situation. I'm now scared and would advise all ladies to avoid traveling with this bus company—Yathra Logistics.
