I receive a call from yatralinks advisor sachin and his manager abhishek. Who offered a package cost for just rs 14, 998/- includes 4 nights and 5 days and was promised that will get assured gift vivo v5s perfect selfie (64 gb, 4 gb ram) and that there are no hidden charges or conditions for the same. I have made the payment of rs 14, 998/- but till date i have not received any confirmation regarding the gift which was promised. I am chasing with the customer services team but each time i am being asked to wait will receive a email shortly. So want to make a complaints regarding this.
