Yatralinks — fraud & cheating...

Dear Yatralinks team,

Even after bringing my concerns many times in your notice over phone & email but you don't feel important to resolve it and even not bothered to respond the email.

This behavior makes me suspect that I am dealt by a fraud company named as "Yatralinks" who promise false commitments of valuable gifts to people and later changed their words saying "REFERRAL SCHEME" and denied to return promised/committed gifts.

Being a consumer I will fight for my rights against the mal practice at every possible way legally and socially.

Henceforth, any damages that you experience... YOU and ONLY YOU WILL BE Responsible.

Do you feel following are the genuine practice for driving the business...

1. Yatralinks sales executive promises/commits upfront valuables gifts to customer for buying travelling packages.

2. No disclosure/discussion/conversation/clarity about the hidden scheme called "Referral Scheme" while selling traveling packages.

3. Selling the same travelling package with additional amount promising of double valuable gifts. (Apple & Dell Laptops)

4. When customer raises his concern promptly, sales executive resist to come over phone and later when comes he admits his false commitment given to the customer, feels Sorry but ensured to deliver two gifts at least this time instead of four as committed earlier during selling the travelling package (In my case).

5. After many follow-ups by the customer for his committed gifts to Yatralinks team, finally they wake up and deliver a gift...but that was not the committed gifts against they have already taken additional amount.

6. When the customer complains about it to Yatralinks team, they try to divert and settle it with "Referral Scheme" and give explanation to the customer that there was no committed gifts and feel sorry about the commitment given by their sales executive.

7. When customer asks about the address of the company "Yatralinks", Yatralinks team don't want to share with the customer.

8. When customer asks to cancel his purchased travelling packages and refund the amount paid due to such conflicts as he lost his confidence over Yatralinks service because he feels if he goes for travelling what support he may expect after such incidents.

9. Yatralinks team impose arbitrary policy information for cancellation and refund the amount while the company "Yatralinks" itself has mentioned under its "Cancellation & Refund" policy that customer cancels the package within 10 days at 8.5% amount of package deduction as a processing fees and within 3 months from the date of purchasing company at 15% deduction and cancel the package between 3-6 months at 20% deduction rest whole amount will be refunded to the customer.

As I have purchased my packages on 13th Jan and 15th Jan falls under 15% deduction so please refund rest amount and inform me for the same at the earliest.

I am ready to return the gift that I received upon my cancellation of the package.
