Yayavar Tours — Payment taken & calls avoided post taking payment

YAYAVAR TOURS & TRAVELS, DELHI is an unit run and manage by SAKPAL BISHNOI & AMIT just to cheat and
harass the bonafide citizen in the name of conducting tour. Beware from this fraudulent business ! ! !
I planed to travel Dubai with my family on 25/2/2016 through YAYAVAR TOURS PVT.LTD, 301, Mayur Plaza Samachar Market, Near Mayur Vihar Extension Metro Station, New Delhi-91. Accordingly I paid Rs. 61000/-as per their demand but ultimately they failed to provide our visa accusing that our visa has already been prepared by some other agency. I got surprise as I sent my documents and fees to them only. Ultimately the tour was abandoned and they assured to refund the amount but after deducting visa charges i.e11000/-. I agreed. After repeated follow up their manager cum owner Mr Sakpal issued two nos. cheques, each of 25000/- dated 9th and 23rd of March. 1st cheque was cleared but second was dishonoured. Matter was informed but his attiude seems to be negative as he is not responding to phone and sms, even changed the phone. Not only that his Accountant Mr Rahul was also not responding. In fact he had a team to con the people. Later on his team member wanted to be free by saying that they left that job.This caused tremendous mental disturbance. I was not in a mood to spare that fellow not for my 25000/- but he should not dare to dupe others in future. So I sent him the legal notice th' advocate for dishonoured cheque and also informed the matter as an economical offence to C.P, Delhi and DCP, east Delhi with all authentic proof. Once the police intervened they panicked and Mr Sakpal immediately paid my money 25000/- back. Though I got after 75days but I must thank and appreiciate Delhi police in this regard.
