Bus got break down, said belt cut down and waited for three hours, my mom first time travelling in bus and she been literally scared and crying for almost three hours. No proper communication to the customers also. Important family function and now it's been missed. I[censored]nforseeen circumstances then we can't help it, still if it's a mistake from the bus maintenance and if they should have checked properly during service time, then take severe action against the poor maintenance of the bus. With AC cut down waiting for hours in some strange place gives panic attach to aged people. She was crying and shouting why I booked this bus . Very bad experience and i do not wish to recommend or travel in future.
No one communicated to me too about the delay, I have updated my contact number only. For aged people atleast they should have contacted concerned family people and updated the status so that I would have called them and made her feel better.. even if it's not bus service or maintenance fault (unexpected break down and bus in good condition) still it's a poor customer service, making them wait for three hours in strange place without proper communication is a worst customer service.. I soecificaly informwd them aged people and my child 13 year old is travelling. They should have contacted me and updated the location where it was broke down.. end up crying for hours .
