Ybm Travels, Redbus — bus service

This was my first travel with ybm and worst experience.

I was traveling from kodai to chennai (Bus 2224).
1. Bus ac was not working and it was breakdown for 2 hours to fix it.
They was trying to do an alternate option but 2 hours of every passenger is wasted.

2. Cleaner is the bus — with worst attitude and behavior
I have never seen such a clear in my travel so far, no response to any questions.
He is not even answering for the work he has to do.
He expect the traveller to clear the seat if something is spilled of.
Very arrogant response for any questions asked.
He must be teached well on how to talk with customers and what his role and responsibilities.

I hope ybm management will take necessary action - if they want to provide quality service.

Worst travels... Booking for one type and providing another type of bus... If you ask questions be ready to bear the bad words... Handling the coimbatore office with rowdies... They will ask you to get down in the middle of the way...
Waiting for more than half an hour but your drivers are taking their own time to have food they are very casual.. Don't they realise that passengers will wait hoping that bus will come on right time... But they don't care about passengers

But in the same case passengers delayed means they will shout and started using abused language but if they delay we need to be patient.. We can't ask a single question..
