    I booked Mercedes Benz bus service sleeper and they said bus break down at starting time . Very poor management. Worst behaviour by Management and staff

      I traveled on YBM on 19th march'23 from coimbatore to chennai with my friend. When I was dropped on my stop I checked my things and found out my gold chain is missing that i was wearing before. It must have fallen on the bed. I immediately called the driver about the bus whereabouts and said we left something on the bus. He asked what we left but we didn't say anything. He told us to come to koyambedu but when we reached there and called them they said that they already left and asked us to come to their shed which located in Madhavaram. Ones we reached there they already cleaned the beds and taken away all pillows and mattress and said they found nothing on the bed. We already told them we are coming and we will check but they already cleaned everything before we came and told us some other passengers must have found the chain and stole it which I highly doubt. The chain costs more than 50 thousand. How can they be so selfish? They didn't even gave us proper response and made us wander around to reach the bus. I'm genuinely disappointed with the YBM service. We could have went to the police station but i don't want to spoil the name of the YBM just because of two selfie staffs. Please YBM take some behavioural action to your staffs because not all people afford to lose something like that. I got earful from my parents btw.

        Chennai to Coimbatore booked YBM travels asked driver number to customer care but the way he speaks is not polite at all. YBM travels getting 2000 rs for a ticket but YBM customer care is dealing with customers in a rude way.

          Hi,

          I have booked ticket from ybm mibile app but it does not give any confirmation about ticket and it's technical error.. So called to operator assistance no:- [protected] and he said that ticket have been cancelled because of mobile app technical issues it will be refunded and he said if you need ticket book via website. So i again booked my ticket with make my trip and i got the seat booking confirmation. But later i received ybm app booked ticket details via sms and driver was calling from boarding point. But i was already travelling in another bus ticket which i booked at make my trip. I didnot understand what is going on. I will regularly travel in ybm travels, i never found any issues in bus timing and sleeper seat it was very good services. Because of this technical issues if i lost one ticket money it's not fear and i don't choose again.

            My self pavan. I am travelling from vizag to chennai on sleeper. Bus n. O is ap39tc5398. They charged 500 rs on extra lauguage basis. And they asked money immediately. While i raise a problem for charge point and ac not working they not even responding. I traveled many times through ybm. Worst and bad experience. Next time i won't prefer this travels. Completely utter. And they won't say there names.

              On august 9th i traveled in ybm travels chennai to vyzag with toilet facility bus.in that bus there is no water in the toilet. Whole multi axle bus was bad smell. Please take immediate action on this issues, and after complain the driver and cleaner he come lock the door of toilet then he went after that ask to him not giving proper response of the issue 😠 this case how will lady's will travel the bus plzz do need full for the following subject 🙏
              I ever seen such a worst service like this YBM travels.
              All the YBM staff who travelled in bus PY05B6865 driver, one guy I donw know his position but very worst he behaved, no patients, politeness and all. Fed up with your incapable service. Very rude behaviour. Try to teach to your staff how to behave and dont keep incapable persons in bus .

                This was my first travel with ybm and worst experience.

                I was traveling from kodai to chennai (Bus 2224).
                1. Bus ac was not working and it was breakdown for 2 hours to fix it.
                They was trying to do an alternate option but 2 hours of every passenger is wasted.

                2. Cleaner is the bus — with worst attitude and behavior
                I have never seen such a clear in my travel so far, no response to any questions.
                He is not even answering for the work he has to do.
                He expect the traveller to clear the seat if something is spilled of.
                Very arrogant response for any questions asked.
                He must be teached well on how to talk with customers and what his role and responsibilities.

                I hope ybm management will take necessary action - if they want to provide quality service.
                Worst travels... Booking for one type and providing another type of bus... If you ask questions be ready to bear the bad words... Handling the coimbatore office with rowdies... They will ask you to get down in the middle of the way...
                Waiting for more than half an hour but your drivers are taking their own time to have food they are very casual.. Don't they realise that passengers will wait hoping that bus will come on right time... But they don't care about passengers

                But in the same case passengers delayed means they will shout and started using abused language but if they delay we need to be patient.. We can't ask a single question..

                  I travelled ybm travels on 16 th feb 2019 madurai to chennai, our bus met with accident melur near madurai at 12.30 am, in that accident i missed my mobile at bus, i searched it at last not found, driver & assistant of ybm travels promised they returned the phone if found, we shifted to other bus we reached chennai, after that kall i send 2 feedback to ybm travels regarding my mobile lost, no response from ybm, very poor customer service..

                    I had to travel from chennai to kodaikanal on 24/12/2018. Since i came into the bus the driver has been rude with a passenger he made a women and kids cry as her husband was late. Then i asked him to drop me in munjikal i kept telling the driver n he made me wait till he reached lake. And he was making me rush. Firstll drivers are supposed to understand that they serve us. You are paid you dont do us a favour or provide free service to talk...

                    I booked my ticket from Chennai to Madurai, bus no PY05B6870, Jun 29 2018.The guys told me wrong location for boarding even after calling them many times before itself. The bus was late by more than 40 mins and I was waiting there. But due to the ybm guys wrong info I came running with my wife and baby. Very harsh behaviour also from the driver.After growing a little u guys r showing Ur true face. Ur downfall is soon.

                      I traveled from chennai to tanjore. I had informed office of my boarding point. They said it is noted. There was missed call from a number and when i called back no answer. Then i called office they gave driver number he also did not answer. When the driver answered on me continuously calling he said he is in a place just 100 meters and when i requested ti stop he refused and made me come running and still left. Had to take an auto and follow. The driver and staff said you booked ticket through redbus so complaint there. Most stupid people in service.
                      I traveld by ybm bus service, Seat NO:28 Tv donot work problely.

                        Driver 's behaviour is very rude!! He s abruptly cutting my calls even when i explained my reason for delay!! He don't even have the patience to listen the reason!! I have booked my ticket today from chennai to sivakasi.. Due to his negotiation of calls i missed my bus!! This is really a set back for ybm.. I really enjoyed ur services.. But today u turned it upside down!! Very bad. If he had explained his terms politely i would accept my fault for being late!! But not even giving a chance to reach the place!! Cutting my calls!!

                          I am passanger from sathyamangalam to Chennai in ybm travels (Ooty Chennai nilagiri experess)bus. No:PY05B4982
                          They Did not give water bottles and snacks, the attenders activities is bad and driver is telling traffic at 5.45am in perungalathur, so he left us all for the city passengers in perugunlathur, so lot after the issues and I am very focused on it.Because I am the prime passenger of ybm travels from when the service strarted from Ooty to Chennai .

                            Dear Team,

                            Sub: Regarding confirmed bus ticket and merchant’s behavioral issues.

                            This incident occurred on Sunday (21 Feb 2016, 8:45pm) with Suja Ramakrishnan V (Wife of Sumesh Krishnan V).
                            My Wife had booked a bus ticket (Thrissur to Chennai, 8:05pm AC Sleeper) in YBM travels (through Redbus portal) on 8th Feb 2016. I have mail and message confirmation for the same. To my surprise, on the day of journey, I found that by seat was allocated to another passenger even though I had a confirmed ticket. Neither did they allow to board the bus nor tried resolving the issue. When checked in the server with the help of a local travel agent (Royal travels), we observed that the ticket was booked with no records. Upon enquiry it was evident that the server migration resulted in the whole matter. Situation was by then overheated due multiple reasons like, single lady passenger & the time of travel. Finally this ended in booking a seat in a different travel agency (Hebron travels). It was such a pathetic experience with YBM travels as the whole crew & management team were undisciplined and could not solve the issue for which the passenger had to pay the prices.

                            Had I not got another ticket in the following busses, or be personally with her, this would have been a serious safety concern.

                            The refund is still pending with YBM travels for which the agent is not responding to the query properly. This is the state of private travel industry in India. Details for references are furnished below,
