On august 9th i traveled in ybm travels chennai to vyzag with toilet facility bus.in that bus there is no water in the toilet. Whole multi axle bus was bad smell. Please take immediate action on this issues, and after complain the driver and cleaner he come lock the door of toilet then he went after that ask to him not giving proper response of the issue 😠 this case how will lady's will travel the bus plzz do need full for the following subject 🙏 Was this information helpful? | 
All the YBM staff who travelled in bus PY05B6865 driver, one guy I donw know his position but very worst he behaved, no patients, politeness and all. Fed up with your incapable service. Very rude behaviour. Try to teach to your staff how to behave and dont keep incapable persons in bus .
