My self pavan. I am travelling from vizag to chennai on sleeper. Bus n. O is ap39tc5398. They charged 500 rs on extra lauguage basis. And they asked money immediately. While i raise a problem for charge point and ac not working they not even responding. I traveled many times through ybm. Worst and bad experience. Next time i won't prefer this travels.
