I had to travel from chennai to kodaikanal on 24/12/2018. Since i came into the bus the driver has been rude with a passenger he made a women and kids cry as her husband was late. Then i asked him to drop me in munjikal i kept telling the driver n he made me wait till he reached lake. And he was making me rush. Firstll drivers are supposed to understand that they serve us. You are paid you dont do us a favour or provide free service to talk as u will. If this is how it goes serious actions can be taken. Was this information helpful? |
