Yepme — Amount Not refunded for return of product

Sir I have ordered a product (order no.[protected] on 3rd of may, I got this product with some defects so I requested for replacement.. On 11th of may I courier it back & they received the product on 13th of may... From 13th to today 23rd they have not instructed My Bank to refund my money, I'm sure because they have not provided me any transaction no for the same... So i request you to look into the matter & please initiate my refund at earliest.. Thanks Mohit [protected]
