[Resolved] Yepme.com — 9 months and still not refund | |||||
I ordered 2 pair of jeans on may 4, 2017 but due to a mistake on my account i wrote my last digit of my mobile number wrong so the order was cancelled. But rs. 894 were still deducted from my account. The customer care picked up the phone when called for the first time and told me that money will be credited to my account in 20-25 days. Alas, after the wait for 2 months i tried to call them atleast 10 times but to no avail. Then i messaged them on facebook and i did too today. They are hell bent on keeping people's hard earned money to themselves and have no morals. The customer care policy on their site should be vanished cause they only care about keeping the customer's money. Disgusting. Was this information helpful? | |||||
