Yepme.com — Did not get product

I have purchased a shoe from Yepme with order number 11662562. I lost an amount of 394 rs.The expected delivery date was January 22, 2015, but the product did not reach me till.I posted complaints on your site.The contact number you given is fake.I did not get any feed back from you.I have your order confirmation mail and payment slips from bank.You either cancel my order and refund me or make the product delivered as soon as possible.Even though its a small amount I will move to Consumer Court, because nobody experience such an issue in future.
