I placed two seperate orders for a apir of sports shoes and made the payment through icicbank credit card on aug29 2017 around 8pm. While i recieved one pair of shoes against one order the supply against other order for which payment was made by me has not yet been recieved. I logged the complaints on sept 15, sep18 and oct october4. Complaints acknowledged by sms[protected]sep,[protected]sep, 3044816 4oct, 3044874 4oct). The phone calls to their given number are kept permanently on hold till they get disconnected. I had also sent them an email giving the above details. .
