Yepme.com — No Product and Courier Refund since 2 months | |||
Complain 466705 was logged for product replacement 2 months back, however after repeated follow-up I was informed that the warehouse have not received the returned product, after sending the DRS copy the team accepted of receiving the product and assured for refund, which according to them was done on 3rd Jan however the amount never got credited in my bank hence I sent updated bank statement for reference but after that also no one even bother to callback and provide update, when I call they keep on saying that the refund has been done on 3rd Jan, no one willing to check the transaction at their end, also as claimed i should get my courier charges refund, for which the team says will be processed only when they receive the product, HORRIBLE...looks like yepme does not have a proper tool where the customer details and issues are captured correctly.. Any one really willing to help and look into this issue will be much appreciated, this is not the question of money but trust.. Was this information helpful? | |||
