After one month they called and said we received your product, but no mail has been sent for me regarding further process and additonally they are not picking up the contact number which they provided.
I think after few months they will say that they have completed quality test.

Hurry up guys donot make me angry then i think i need to proceed to consumer court it is waste of time in talking to you

Yepme is a fraud site and i am fed up with these things, i dare donot buy any other product from this site .

Very poor customer care and services

very slow donot buy in yepme

I bought a saree via yepme.com. It got delivered within few days but it was not the same as that ordered. I called up the office and they asked to courier it back to them. I couriered it to them . The mail company told that it was received there but after a long time no refund was made . When called, the company told that they have not received it yet. On opening the site and checking for the order the complaint option is not valid for the product. Neither the product nor the refund money was returned . Please see to it. !

hi, i cancelled some of my products wrongly placed, but still yepme is deducting money from my account without delivering any products. called 100 times, supervisor always gave wrong commitments that he will refund but no refund till now . its already more than one month.
