[Resolved] Yepme.com — no response regarding placing an order | |||
I received gift voucher and placed an order and 2 times it got rejected and now again 3rd time again placed an order and this also got rejected. When i make a call to your customer care it seeks to be receptionist transfer to consult dept which is in ivts but it is of no use where the call is going on for more than hour and no body has taken the call. Normally ivrs takes some time but in your case it is more than that and till date i am not receiving any email or sms regarding the placing an order. I didn't see the worst ever online shopping in my life. Really got frustrated and its a very very worst response from your end and its seems you guys are working for the sake and not for customer needs Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Maran order place date 19.8.2017, Order no 33834599, this order very delay so I am disappointed, Pls give the refund amount Rs. 700, already complaint No 3037987 your site no reply no status, your service is very bad, Pls refund sir.
