Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order on 11th October 2013 (Order No: 3713011) and according to the terms and conditions of yepme.com site. The item were delivered to me on 15th October, 2013 by eKart Logistics. Upon checking, I found that the footware received by me were of Wrong Size, so I have put a online complaint on their site, I have received email and SMS confirmation that my Return Request is processed and I will get Refund. I have regoursoully follow-up with their customer care by number of email, In response to my complaint they have sent email advising me to return wrong size footware through any courier and they will Refund the Order Amount along with Courier Charges as they do not have Reverse Pick-up arrangement in my city. I have Returned the Footware to them thorugh on-Dot Courier on 31-Oct- 2013 vide their AWB #[protected] incurring Rs. 270/- as Return Courier Charges. Again many emails from my side elecited response on 19-Nov-2013 that they have processed Refund Request and I should cross check my Bank Account and I need to provide my bank details for refund of courier charge. Which I have immediately provided. But No Refund of Order Amount or Courier Charges till 2-Dec-2013 Was this information helpful? |
