[Resolved] Yepme.com — Not confirmed my order even i paid money | |||
I placed an order and made payment by my debit card . The amount was debited from my account. But the order status shown like follows " Dear Customer, your order is Pending for Verification, please call our customer care at 0124–4750200 for further information. " My order No: 11063468. When i contacted to customer care they told me send bank statement to customer care.When i mailed to customer.[protected]@yepme.com they replaied me like this, " Dear Customer, This is an un-monitored email account and emails sent to this email address will no longer be read or responded to. If you wish to contact us, please do not reply to this message but instead go to http://www.yepme.com/AddComplaint.aspx and we will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you, Yepme Customer Care Team " But when i try to complaint through the website the message shown like as follows " Dear Customer, You can not place an online complaint on this order as your payment for the order ID 11063468 was not processed successfully.
