Yepme.com — Not issuing a refund despite returning the products. Read this before buying from them. | |||
Hi, I had bought two Jeans from Yepme.com and both were supposed to be regular fit as they were listed under regular fit category of their website. But instead I got a pair of slim fit jeans. I called them registered a complain and I was told to sent the products back. I sent the product back, and I got a confirmation on last 22nd through email that the products were received, quality checks were done and my refund has been initiated and will show up in my account in 10 days. Its 3rd of January and nothing has came through my account. Every time I call them they tell me that they have a technical problem and I will have to wait for five more days (this has happen twice now). I placed request for a call back from a supervisor and I never received any calls. My order number is 11397416. I would be happy to provide you all the details that you need to resolve this. And to others who are thinking of buying from them, read the long return policy they have on their website and think twice before buying. Thank you for your help.
