Bad service
I have booked the Jeans 32 (YPMJEAN0323/SIZE 32) through your web (ONE SET). The offer which one is given by you is BUY one GET one free, accordingly I ordered two set of jeans on 18/05/15 booking number 13625030
I received the concernment on25/05/15 without two set of the same which one I booked,
Issue no:
1) Accordingly your offer I have to get two set of jeans size 32, but I have received only one
2) Don’t have proper response from your customer care
3) Booked on 18/05/15 delivered on 27/05/15( almost after 08 days which is very bad service from your side)
4) I force to spend more time on you for getting my booker item
5) Still your cheated me, as fools sending partial item which one is not at all acceptable by any of the customer.
6) Why you’re not giving any value to customer like other agency/service provider
7) I force to call more than 25 times to talk with your customer executives
Demand
1) You have sent the remaining item immediately
2) I am not responsible for any other extra charges which mistake done by you
3) Or you can return my all amount through /account
4) If you’re not taking my request with in 24 hrs I may go for the consumer complaint.
5) Still you don’t have 24 hrs cc
6) I have spend more than 100 rs only for contacting you through phone call as mobile charge
It has to be refunded by you
Misbehavior of your customer care staff ANSHU on 05/06/15 at 10:25 through telephonically.
She is not ready to give a proper answer as well as not ready to help me for the further step.
Such staff sitting to help customers is not at all suitable for this company or this is the value your giving to the customers / or not giving any training to handle the customer .
After I pay amount why should I get such bad behavior from your staff??
