Hi, I have ordered shoes from yepme on 28-aug-2017, i have used gift voucher of 1000 rs. For payment. At the end when i submitted my order it gave me message - transaction has been declined for orderid[protected]. Now when i tried using my gift voucher it is not working, seems yepme has updated voucher code as used one and on other hand they have declined the order. Please check and suggest. I have called to customer care service of yepme, I waited for 30 Mins and no response from customer care. There is no toll free number for yepme also earlier when I called and waited for 1 hour on call they informed me that your order will be delivered on 3rd sept but still I don't have any update regarding the order. If yepme is not able to deliver order on time they must compensate for it.I have called to customer care service of yepme, I waited for 30 Mins and no response from customer care.
