[Resolved] Yepme.com — order neither received nor refund | |||||
Order # 33955951 dt 07/11/17 for men's brown sandals. Called[protected] on24/11/17 and received a ref # 3052306. Again complained at their site on 27/11/17 complaint # 3052729 stating the non delivery of my order. Subsequently several visit on their site but was told to wait patiently for next four days. Now that when i type my order number, the system shows that the time period for return of product is exceeded!. (Pls note that this is not a complaint of return, but non-delivery) also checked my bank a/c for whether they returned the money. But not yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||
