[Resolved] Yepme.com — Order not received

Please note that a prepaid order of Rs 418 on 3rd May 2017 was placed on vide order no. 33728487. Yesterday while tracking the details, I found that the order was cancelled for which I was not notified and neither the refund was made. And today I am not even able to track the details.
While contacting customer service, my call was placed on hold for more that 30 mins and finally disconnected.

I request you to kind refund within 24 hours.

Complaint has also been filed on Yepme site against 3003177
