Dear sir/madam
I placed an order on 10th september 2017 with order id 33870069. I have not received my order yet. The status is showing as rejected. I am really disappointed by your services. I did not receive any emails regarding my order neither did i reveive any call from your executive. On which basis did you reject my order without even informing or sending any mail or sms. Customer satisfaction is equal to very poor. Neither i reveived my refund nor did i receive my parcel. When i tried to call on your customer care number no one did respond to it. I called several times to your courier agency gati as well. I did not get any response from both of you. I request you to send my parcel at the earliest possible.
