Sir, I have placed the above order on 11th august 2016 through my debit card (order no.[protected]. the products had been returned to you by the courier not by me. i did not get the products. i had contacted you over phone and registered a complain (no.: 2756820 on 19th august 2016). you have assured me to refund yhe amount rs. 616/- within 14 days but i am sorry to say that till date i did not get the refund.
