Yepme.com — Payment made but no order placed

I made online payment of Rs. 697.00 on 16th April 2015 for 2 pair of footwear. I made payment through netbanking but no confirmation of the order was sent. My account got debited and received no order ID. I tried reaching customer care multiple times but got no response. I have waited for more than 45 mins just to get connected with the representative.
