Yepme.com — pending verification

i placed a order on yepme, the order id:[protected], after 4 days i checked my order status its showing pending for verification, when i call the customer care it says the no, is changed but still the site shows the same deactivated no. till date, when i call the new no. it says the fashion representative is busy, and the same continued for the further 15 calls which i gave them.. yepme is stupid and the customer care is dead i guess... R.I.P yepme..
