Dear yepme team, I used to purchase shoes from you online on regular basis. Recently on 9th of this month, when i went to purchase for shoes with my id. It showed a message that your id and password is invalid. Again i have requested for password change. It is also confirmed that the link has been sent to my mail id. But i have not received any communication from you (Both sms and mail) Then made purchase as a guest for two shoes via net banking. Forgotten to note down the order no. This time also, i have not received any message or mail. I have forgotten to note down, because of the hope that i may get mail or sms from you. I tried to call your customer care no, keep on ringing, no response. Afterwards, i made two purchase on14th and 16th for two shoes. For this also, i have not received any communication. Till date, booking has not been made. I think there is a problem in system or may be facing any other problem. But i am not interested. I want either my cash to be returned or goods to be dispatched.
