Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a product from YEPME.com on 27th and it was damaged i was told to sent the faulty through Indian post at my cost initially and the product reached on 3rd Dec to yepme office and i have got a confirmation, today is 30th dec and still waiting for the refund. they sent me 150/- rs voucher which needs to be used before 90 days as compensation for postal charges which is not correct now every time i call for my refund, customer care is very rude and says i dont have a choice then to wait and its yepme discretion regarding refund and they only talk about policy.. no one talks about the policy when buying..
