Hi, My transaction for formal shoes worth Rs.323 on 25th June 2014 failed twice, once using debit card and then using credit card. I received refund for the failed debit card transcation, but have not got the refund for credit card one yet. I did send bank account statement showing the transacction and even lodged a complaint no:892096 but i has been of no use. The customer care ppl told that they will refund the money with in 10 days but i did not get refund my money yet. My contact number is [protected]. Kindly help me to in getting the refund from yepme.
