[Resolved] Yepme.com — refund issue | |||||
I placed my order on 15 june 2017 and made advance payment of inr 777.00 with my credit card. Order no is 33758123. When i called customer service for my product shipment status after a week, they replied that it was cancelled and refund will be done. It is more than 3 months since i placed my order and more than 1 month since i made this complaint but still waiting for my response. I keep on calling your customer service but they never get time to take my call. I am sending mails also but again no reply from your refund department. What should i do now?
