Yepme.com — Refund not Initiated of Rs.549

This is with reference to the complaint id “506785 & 490914”, Ordered 2 products and cancelled one for which they cancelled as it was out of inventory but still no refund processed till now.It is over a month that the refund is not initiated... Called them many times but of no use... please help me getting my money back
