Yepme.com — refund not processed

I had ordered a kurti from yepme.com two weeks ago, but since i was out of town for few days i had to cancel my order delivery.
It's been two weeks...
Now i'm not able to login into my yepme account, it's saying invalid password,
Even that forgot password link does not works.
I had sent many emails but there are no signs of reply.

Even,
Tere are no signs of refund.
Kindly initiate the refund to my bank account as soon as possible.
