[Resolved] Yepme.com — refund not received yet | |
I order a yepme shoes from yepme.com on 25/10/2017 which order id is 33932610, i pay via my credit card & the payment was successful paid & order was successful placed & delivery date was 29/10/2017 but i can't receive my product yet, after 4-5 days my order was not listed in order history, they (Yepme) remove my order from my order list, i m trying many time to contact their customer care but can't rach to representative after waiting 30 minutes on call, customer care service is very poor, wrost customer care service, i have never seen before customer care service like yepme, pls help how i get my money or product Was this information helpful? | |
