Regarding order no. 31096291 refund amount not getting even after 21 days of cancelled order. I had made calls to customer care they told every time "wait to another four days". Mails sent to "[protected]@yepme.com" on 18.05.2016, 27.05.2016, 30.05.2016, 07.06.2016 giving same reply "we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department, once we will receive an update over the same we will inform it to you accordingly." Jun 10, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After posting of complaint i had get phone call from customer care and resolved my issue and refunded money. Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
