Respected sir, i made an online order on yepme.com which i happened to cancel and immediately place another order of the same product, but the previous order which i cancelled n whose payment was done by me via debit card, it's refund is not yet made by them, i tried calling the consumer care num the call is jst forwarded n no one receives it, i ended up losing my phone talktime balance after them yet no response, plz help

They have not even contacted me by any means and I dnt knw hw my complain is displayed as resolved nw!it's not resolved!!

Updated by TanV It's been 20 days from the time the consumer complain team of yepme had reverted back to my complain of no refund done, Yet no refund has been made! M I going to get my money?
