Yepme.com — Refund process is not good, response is too bad

Dear Sir. I already returned our product shorts and kurti purchased with order no.13051919 and complaint ID -1596395. Please note the courier details and copy is attached Name of courier : SHREE BALAJI COURRIER SERVICE AWB no.:[protected] Date : 21.4.2015 Kindly confirm the receipt of parcel and process the refund. and i have courrier tracking details the parcel was delivered at YEPME office on 23rd April 2015 morning, but still you guys have not confirmed the receipt.
