I have ordered a product worth Rs875/( Order no[protected] on 02/05/2014.And made payment through SBI Internet banking (Ref no-IGT8658574).The said transaction was declined due to unknown reason, but my account is debited from Rs875/-.The order is cancelled but my money not refunded. 2.I talked to customer care no-[protected] twice. They told me that deducted amount will be refund within five working days.But after passing of 13 days from date of transaction till this date amount is not refunded.
