[Resolved]  Yepme.com — reg: ordered is rejected by payment is debited - refund not processed

I have ordered a shoe (On 12-dec-2017) and the order no is : 33999781. The payment was made via mobiwiki wallet for rs.399. The amount is been successfully debited from my wallet, but the order is rejected by yepme.

I tried to contact yepme customer care[protected] and the wait time was shocking. I have tried multiple times but i was waiting for more than 40 min. No response from customer support.

When i tried to raise a compliant in the website, it was not allowing me to raise the same, since my order status was rejected.

Currently there is no mode of contacting customer care or the yepme support via any mode.

I want the refund to be processed. Please assist.

As requested I have shared the Mobiwiki wallet transaction for the requested dates to email [protected]@yepme.com

Also I checked with mobiwiki they confirmed the transaction is successful from their end I.e payment is made successfully to YEPME.

You have been fooled and cheated and you are not the only one. Many people have been cheated. Just search for yepme complaints in this forum and you will know. Now you need to file complaint with indian government consumer helpline against yepme like many have done.
