Yepme.com — Replacement products hasn't been sent.

I am yet to receive the replacement products for the replacement order with the id 6567141.Which according to your website hasn't even been dispatched yet, that too 11 days after you received the product, which i had sent by courier for replacement.I had received a confirmation mail on the 29th of april, confirming the receipt of the product i had sent and that the required quality check has been made.I have called your customer care with regarding the same and each time i had been assured that the product with the order id 6567141, will be dispatched within the next 24 hours, which has not happened even after these many days.Kindly ensure that the issue is resolved.
