[Resolved] Yepme.com — Requested Replacement on Order No : 13241251 & Complaint Id: 1649776 | |||
I have ordered T-shirt on 26.04.2015 and Received the Product on 02.05.2015 and due to size issue i requested the Replacement on 02.05.2015 . My Courier Bag Reached to Yepme on 14.05.2015 and I paid Rs 260 for Courier charges. From Yepme side still now no reply for my product. Simply They Credited Rs.150 in Redemption Coupon I called yepme customer care and No one pickup the phone and always customer care executives busy busy. I have put the same complaint in Yepme Facebook Page but they deleted my post not displayed. What about my complaint ? What about my money i paid ? Was this information helpful? | |||
