[Resolved] Yepme.com — Reward points not credited - 100 worth points | |||||
My order id 31557583 & 31557584 which is ordered one month ago delivered well in time. But i am eligible to get reward points of 100 to my yepme account with this purchase of order. I didn't get any of them. When i called to customer care they are not taking it so serious. Saying we will provide you within 2 days. But didn't still now. Provide the solution. I have booked Two pairs of shoes on 12th Aug 2016 vide ref no. 31870872. The said order was despatched through dot zot /dtdc docket no.[protected] on 21aug 2016. The packet has not reached me till date i.e 05 sep 2016. It has passed 24 days till now and I didn't receive the order. Kindly look into matter most urgent.
