This platform is really helpful for indian consumers or not, i am not sure. But i thought of writing my complain here, so that other consumers can be aware of such issues. I had ordered shoes from yepme in the month of june. That size was small, so i raised a replacement request on 12 june, 2017. They don't provide pick up facility so i couriered the product to them by myself. Since then i am following them to get the replaced product but no use. Their phone is ringing but no one is receiving. I sent mail multiple times but their reply is that we have forwarded your request to concerned department.
By keeping this attitude, this has come to market to compete market leaders like flipkart, amazon etc.
Thank god that shoe was only for rs 500. I m not gonna buy anything from that site. Was this information helpful? |
We booked a watch from yepme site.we received the defective product. Hence I raise a request for replacement. I sent the defective product to yepme warehouse.
Reversal picked up on 17th July 2017.
Still I have not received any response. What a worst service.
