Yepme.com — vendor not issuing refund and not responding to query, leaving phone call on hold/waiting

Hi,

I had placed an order from yepme application on 18th jun 2017 and had done a online payment of rs.853 after 7 days the order was cancelled automatically and i tried to reach customer service through email and call centre no response it's been two and half months now, i have attached all the screenshots please do refer it for further queries.

Kindly accept my complaint and help me out.
